Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in the production of components, as well as creating and following schedules. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, and quality control processes to meet production goals effectively.

Duties

Operate CNC waterjet, CNC Router and CNC press brake equipment. Assemble components as needed, ensuring proper fit and function. Conduct regular quality control checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Collaborate with shop staff to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of components. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Interest and understanding of CNC processes including: 3D printing, Laser cutting, Plasma cutting, Waterjet Cutting, Lathe and Mill machining is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with programming CNC machines is an asset but not mandatory. Experience with quality control processes and techniques. Ability to weld is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Self starter able to see the over all goal of the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
