CNC Machine Operator
Location: Grimsby
Job Type: Full-Time Days only
Salary: $22.00 up to $25.00 an hour

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. If you have a passion for precision machining and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) to produce precision parts.
Load materials and tools into machines and monitor operations.
Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders.
Ensure parts meet specifications and make adjustments as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Report machine issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
1+ year of experience operating CNC machines preferred.
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic math and mechanical skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
