Job Description

We are seeking a CNC Laser Table/ Press Brake Operator and material preparation person to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser machine, press brake and operating the bandsaw. This role requires an understanding of CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge high-quality production.

Duties

Prepare material, Set up and operate CNC laser table Operate Press Brake/ Bend material to required specifications Operate bandsaw to cut required parts. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate cuts. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime. Utilize hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices for quality control inspections. Assist with welding, assembly, packaging, and warehouse tasks as needed to support production flow. Use forklift or other warehouse equipment for material handling when required. Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements

Proven experience operating Fabrication machinery such as Plasma Tables, Laser Tables, or press brake machines. Proficiency in blueprint reading, basic math skills for measurements. Mechanical aptitude with experience in manufacturing, machining, welding, and assembly processes. Ability to use calipers, hand tools, and other precision measurement instruments accurately. Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is desirable but not mandatory. Basic understanding of quality control standards to ensure parts meet specifications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
