Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machines to fabricate metal components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to read blueprints effectively. The Press Brake Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products.

Responsibilities

Operate Amada press brakes machines to form, and shape metal materials as per production requirements. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and tolerances. Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet established standards. Programming the press brake for various production runs as needed Knowledge of brake press tooling and goose neck dies, Fabricate parts using additional machinery such as milling machines and lathes when required.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator is required. Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications. Strong knowledge of machining processes, math skills for measurements. Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and tools. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills within the manufacturing environment.

Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with Saturdays required if necessary.

Work Location:

In person at our state-of-the-art facility in Brampton, Ontario (Goreway Dr. and Steeles Ave.)

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
