Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines such as lathes and milling machines to produce precision parts. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical drawing interpretation, and the ability to work with various machining tools and measurement instruments. The CNC Machinist will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality production standards and maintaining efficient workflow within our facility.

Responsibilities

Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables Repair machine tools and parts Set up and adjust production machineries/tools Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
