Position Summary



We are seeking a proactive and highly responsible Clubhouse Supervisor to join our team. This key role acts as the point of contact for addressing and resolving on-the-spot Member and Staff feedback, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities. If you have strong problem-solving skills, enjoy making decisions on the spot, and thrive in dynamic environments, this role is for you.

Position Responsibilities



Member Experience & Service Leadership - 35%

Serve as the primary resource for Club Members and Team Members, resolving concerns promptly and ensuring every interaction delivers a positive and memorable experience. Lead daily service efforts across all departments, fostering a warm, welcoming environment. Oversee the seamless execution of special events, including setup, Member engagement, and service readiness, creating exceptional and memorable experiences. Partner with Team Members to cultivate a welcoming atmosphere that consistently exceeds Member expectations.
Operations & Facility Oversight - 35%

Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to ensure impeccable cleanliness, thoughtful organization, and exceptional Member experiences, addressing any concerns proactively. Coordinate and support departmental activities to maintain seamless service delivery, particularly during peak periods on a Club-wide scale. Manage parking flow and logistics to ensure convenient, stress-free access for Members, enhancing their overall experience. Monitor service tools and systems (e.g., bookings, communication platforms, and access controls) to ensure efficient and friction-free Member experiences.
Administrative & End-of-Day Responsibilities - 30%

Maintain detailed service logs and communication records to promote teamwork, ensure seamless transitions between shifts, and document required Member follow-up. Complete pre-closing and closing responsibilities, including preparing reports and ensuring a well-presented facility for the next day's Member activities.

Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in a supervisory or operational role, preferably in a hospitality/front-of-house environment. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain a high level of integrity Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities. Familiarity with security systems, booking platforms, and other operational tools (e.g., Avigilon, Jonas, GameTime, Microsoft applications) is an asset. Physical capability to perform tasks such as facility patrols, lifting items up to 50lbs, and moving throughout the property.

Working Conditions



This position operates 100% on-site Regular evenings or weekend work will be required Own transportation is an asset as public transportation is not frequent to/from the Club Candidates 19 years or older must agree to complete a Police Information Check with a vulnerable sector search (fully reimbursed upon hire). The successful candidate will be scheduled on Mornings (7AM to 3PM) or Evenings (3PM to 11PM) based on the operational needs of the Club.
