Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Club Attendant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supervising club workers in maintaining the facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
Responsibilities
Coordinate, assign and review the work of golf club workers. Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments Resolve work-related problems and and prepare and submit progress and other reports Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Requisition supplies and machines Ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work. Monitor and maintain quality of field.
Qualifications
2-3 years of previous supervisor work experience in sports facility. Secondary School Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Work Location: In person
