Job Description
Located on picturesque country rolling hills (but close to many amenities), Lyndway Hills offers a quality 9-hole course. This course includes a Rock Garden: Pitch 'n Putt area; water and sand traps. This course is a challenging and fun course for both experienced and new golfers.
We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join us as a
Clubhouse Attendant
. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience or all our guests.Our season ends mid-October.
Responsibilities
:Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming presence Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with preparation and serving of food and beverages Enforce club policies and safety of all guests Resolve issues or complaints with professionalism Assist with set-up and clean-up of events and tournaments
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Strong customer service and professionalism Must be at least 18 years old and have Smart Serve (or willing to obtain prior to job start) Available to work weekends and holidays (and during the week in the fall) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset
