1. Guest Check-In & Admissions
-Collect entry fees or scan pre-purchased tickets.Issue wristbands, stamps, or entry passes.
-Maintain accurate cash handling and balance at the end of the shift.
2. ID Verification & Security Support
-Check government-issued identification to ensure guests meet age requirements.
-Monitor entry to prevent overcapacity and ensure safety compliance.
-Work with security staff to deny entry to visibly intoxicated or disruptive guests.
3. Customer Service & Atmosphere
-Provide a warm, welcoming greeting that sets the tone for the night.
-Answer questions about cover charges, promotions, and club rules.
-Handle complaints or direct guests to the appropriate staff.
4. Guest Flow & Line Management
-Manage queues efficiently to reduce wait times.
-Prioritize VIPs, guest lists, and reservations where applicable.
-Keep the entrance organized and safe.
5. Influence & Club Image
-Act as the first impression of the club, influencing how guests perceive the experience.
-Promote a fun, upscale, or exclusive atmosphere by maintaining a professional demeanor.
-Communicate with promoters, DJs, or management about crowd energy and guest response.
-Build rapport with regulars, encouraging return visits and loyalty.
6. Collaboration
-Coordinate with bar staff, servers, and security to ensure smooth operations.
-Relay information on crowd size, demographics, or potential issues to management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week
