This role requires an outgoing personality, strong work ethic and attention to detail, and the ability to independently oversee daily operations while building positive relationships with clients in a fast- paced high end wellness environment.

Experience Requirements:

4+ years in a client-facing customer service role (experience in gyms, wellness clubs, or med spa valued). Understanding of our mission and philosophies on health. Sales experience required (proven ability to sell memberships, packages and services). Management or Key Holder experience. Strong sales skills: ability to build rapport, identify needs, and communicate service value. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Reception, payment and customer service tasks. Must be able to engage in moderate physical activity throughout their shift In a physically demanding role.

Essential Duties:

Provide exceptional guest experiences by explaining services, answering questions, booking appointments and building relationships with guests with a positive and outgoing attitude. Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms between bookings, and managing overall cleanliness and aesthetic of the club. Handle reception duties, including booking appointments, greeting guests, and processing payments. Proven skills to sell services, packages and memberships, aligning with Reset's philosophy. Maintain club aesthetics with cleaning and preparing treatment rooms for each appointment with a high degree of attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ENVIRONMENT:

Heavy daily cleaning requirements with a high degree of detail: including cleaning rooms, vacuuming, laundry, and general cleaning with a high degree of care Ability to work in a fast paced environment Lifting, crouching, twisting Etc. Daily use of cleaning chemicals and water treatment chemicals
