The CloudCore Product Manager is a critical role in building EIS’ SaaS platform and delivering value to the market through SaaS products.
You will work with Service teams, Product Strategy and Engineering to manage and execute the product roadmap for CloudCore packages. You will manage a product backlog, write Business Requirement Documents, produce product documentation, lead product rollout to ensure operational readiness. You can expect to work with clients, engineering, professional services teams and leadership within the managed services organization. You will collaborate with finance, legal, and marketing departments to create internal documentation and sales collateral.

Primary responsibilities for the role include:

  • Collaborate with Product Strategy to execute the CloudCore product roadmap through milestone and backlog planning
  • Set and continuously manage the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders regarding scope and deliverables
  • Create requirements documents in collaboration with other SMEs
  • Engage clients and industry experts to understand the market needs
  • Collaborate across teams (Strategy, Product Management, P&T, Managed Services, UX/UI,) to develop SaaS products ready for market
  • Develop product briefs detailing the technical and business attributes of each product
  • Explanation of key capabilities to customers and internal EIS resources via documentation and other methods such as demos and cookbooks
  • Occasional support of demo sessions with customers during implementations
  • Conduct market and competitor research to develop key insights that will guide product decisions
  • Vendor discovery for potential partnerships
  • Drive continuous innovation and evolution of product features
  • Lead as a consummate business professional -demonstrating knowledge and understanding of customer–centric approach and deliver credible and accurate presentations or product demonstrations


Requirements

Superior candidates will have a strong combination of the following skills and experiences, and the ability and willingness to rapidly learn skills needed in areas where they have gaps:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Professional experience in product management
  • Professional experience as a Business Analyst or Software Product Manager
  • Agile project management experience
  • Software backlog creation and maintenance
  • Very strong strategic thinker and leader, is proactive and takes initiative
  • Self-starter who can assess what works needs to be completed and how to get it done
  • Excellent influencing, organizational, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strength of convictions and ability to influence and champion product changes
  • Strong computer skills, with expert knowledge in Microsoft Product (Word/Excel/PPT)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to interact professionally with both technical and non-technical professionals at all levels of an organization
  • Applied knowledge of software development methodologies
  • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, enthusiasm, and initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with remote teams

This role may have up to 25% travel.
