Sales Representative - Cloud and On-Premise Software, AI, Software Development, and Digital Platform Modernization Services

Monthly commission-based, plus quarterly bonus tied to performance targets to start; after 6 months of consistent, successful sales performance, you'll receive an additional $1,500 flat monthly fee, based on sales revenue performance. Participation in company's Group Health Insurance Plan after one year of consistent, successful sales and revenue generation performance.
About the Role
We're hiring three motivated sales professionals in
Canada and/or the US
, ready to grow with us. Cloud Shift delivers cloud-based SaaS and on-premise software solutions infused with Agentic AI; cybersecurity partner services; software development and customization services; and business transformation and digital modernization advisory services.
Our software products and solutions focus on Agentic AI, workflow automation, electronic medical records, smart office administration, security standards compliance and audit and end-to-end hiring process automation and applicant tracking in HR, among other market areas.

What You'll Earn
Start:
100% commission-based monthly, with quarterly bonuses if sales targets are surpassed in any quarter.
Next Phase:
After 6 months of consistent successful sales and revenue generation performance , an additional $1,500 flat monthly fee will be applied to the compensation structure. Quarterly bonuses remain based on achieving performance targets.
Sell all our products for multiple income streams and growth potential.
Annual $300 training incentive to support industry certifications or training courses. After twelve months, successful candidates will be offered participation in the company's Group Health Insurance Plan.
What You Bring
Experience in selling SaaS solutions, B2B and B2C sales
Strategic sales channel development experience
Knowledge of an experience with some or all of the following platforms: MillionVerifier.com, LeadMagic.io, Aircall, TextMagic, ClickUp, SEMRush, Clay.
Skills in sales funnel creation, planning, and execution
Experience in managing CRM pipelines- update leads, notes and follow-up
Experience with tools such as Call.io and Mojo Dialer effectively
Track KPIs and provide detailed feedback for optimization
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Self-starter mindset and performance-driven attitude
Existing network of business or client contacts is a plus
Familiarity with product pricing is a plus
Bilingualism (French/English) a plus but not mandatory
