Clothing Boutique Sales Associate / Key Holder

Part-Time (Thursday-Saturday, 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with flexibility as needed) - Jordan Village, ON

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, fashion-forward individual to join our boutique in Jordan Village, Ontario as a Sales Associate / Key Holder. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys styling, assisting customers, and maintaining a polished boutique environment, while also being trusted with store-opening and closing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Styling

Welcome and assist customers with personalized styling and product suggestions. Deliver exceptional service to create a warm and professional shopping experience. Build customer loyalty through attentive service and strong product knowledge.

Store Operations

Open and close the boutique independently on scheduled shifts. Handle cash management, POS reconciliation, and end-of-day procedures. Maintain store security and follow all operational policies.

Merchandising & Presentation

Assist with stock replenishment, tagging, and floor displays. Keep the boutique, fitting rooms, and displays clean and visually appealing.

Qualifications

1+ year of retail or customer service experience (key holder experience an asset). Trustworthy, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Strong communication and organizational skills. Passion for fashion, styling, and boutique culture. Availability Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with potential for schedule adjustments as needed.
