27 Boutique is expanding once again, and we're looking for an Assistant Manager for r our Downtown location!

:

Developing store strategies to increase store traffic & optimize profitability

- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff

- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through stellar customer service

- Maintain outstanding store aesthetics & visual merchandising standards

- Update online products, fill orders, and oversee smooth operation of the online store

- Assist the Manager with duties as needed

Previous management experience (or other relevant experience) is required.
