What You'll Do
? Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end closings process across a high-volume pipeline of exclusive investment properties.
? Buyer Network Expansion: Build, engage, and retain strong relationships with our investor community through proactive outreach and deal flow.
? Sales Strategy: Drive revenue by executing strategic closing plans that align with company objectives and market conditions.
? Collaboration: Partner closely with our Property Advisors and Transaction Coordinators to ensure operational speed and cohesion.
? Process Optimization: Continuously refine workflows to improve conversion and closing timelines.
? Compliance & Communication: Uphold legal, financial, and operational standards while keeping internal teams and leadership in the loop with transparent, consistent reporting.
? Client Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for buyers during the closing process, ensuring smooth, professional experiences across every touchpoint.

What You Bring
? 3+ years of experience in real estate, operations, or deal execution roles.
? Strong background managing sales pipelines and leading people or projects to completion.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ? Confidence working in CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).
? High standards, a results-driven mindset, and a steady hand under pressure.
? A collaborative spirit with a sharp eye for detail, legal requirements, and deal flow.
