Job Responsibilities:
Working the line and providing assistance to colleagues
Supervising staff and assisting in training
Maintaining a clean station
Prepping for service
Following menu specs in accordance to the Chef
Ensure all items leaving kitchen are on time and of the highest standard
Maintain a positive work environment with colleagues and management
Oversee all closing duties
Ordering of produce products
Maintaining daily temperature logs and closing lists
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Experience:
Cooking: 5 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
