motivated, results-driven Closer
to join our dynamic sales team. The Closer will be responsible for converting qualified leads into signed clients through strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
This role requires a

to provide tailored solutions. As a Closer, you will play a
pivotal role in driving revenue growth
and shaping client relationships for long-term success.
Duties & Responsibilities
Engage with qualified leads via phone, Zoom, and email to understand their goals and present suitable EpicOne services.
Build trust and rapport while guiding prospects through the decision-making process.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine offers and improve closing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and deal stages in CRM.
Employ upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize deal size while ensuring client satisfaction.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to optimize closing approaches.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in
sales or business development
, with a
strong track record of closing deals
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
Strong analytical skills and ability to assess client needs effectively.
Experience with CRM systems, data entry, and pipeline management.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
Multilingual ability (English + Spanish/French/other) is an asset but not required.
A positive attitude, high work ethic, and a passion for winning.

Pay: From $20.51 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
