Clinical Team Assistant 8 Week Canada Summer Jobs Program Position 35 Hours/Week Job Scope: The Clinical Assistant works in close partnership with members of our team to enhance programming and services delivered to children, youth, and families. Job Duties: \xc2\xb7 Helping with preparation and planning for sessions \xc2\xb7 Developing and updating resources \xc2\xb7 Assisting with workshops, groups, and other forms of youth and family engagement \xc2\xb7 Administering client satisfaction phone calls Qualifications: Ideal candidates for this position would be enrolled in, or graduated from, a College or University programs related to Child and Youth Care or Social Work. Additional qualifications would include: \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of mental health \xc2\xb7 Belief in the potential of youth \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. To be eligible, students must meet ALL criteria: \xc2\xb7 be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment. \xc2\xb7 be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act2; and, \xc2\xb7 be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
