Qualifications

Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution (required) Registered and in good standing with the

Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferred) Experience working with women's mental health, trauma, couples, or families is an asset Training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other modalities is beneficial Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced

Clinical Social Worker (MSW, RSW)

to provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The role is flexible, offering in-person and virtual appointments. You'll join a collaborative team of psychologists and psychotherapists in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care Offer referrals and community resource guidance as needed Engage in program development or group therapy (optional) Uphold professional and ethical standards in line with OCSWSSW regulations
