Metro-Pointe Clinics is dedicated to assisting clients achieve and maintain their optimal health and performance. Our treatment rooms are located within Evolve Strength, a state-of-the-art gym in downtown Vancouver, offering you a unique opportunity to connect with an active, health-focused community. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Clinical Pilates Physiotherapist to join our team as an Independent Contractor. With a membership base of over 3,500, you'll have a built-in network of potential clients to grow your practice.

What We Offer:

The use of a 153 sq. ft. room with Balanced Body's Allegra 2 and tower, Cardon Electric Table and multiple props. 17,000 sq. ft. gym space with a variety of equipment, including 2000 sq. ft. of turf to educate your clients. Jane Software for easy appointment scheduling, EMR, direct insurance billing, etc. Virtual reception as needed. Access to on-site laundry services. Flexibility in setting your schedule, within half-days, full-days, and/or weekend shifts. Competitive Commission/fee split starting at: 60/40. Social media marketing. Team referrals.

Responsibilities:

Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and Evolve Strength's staff and clients. Provide comprehensive Physiotherapy treatments, including clinical assessment, treatment planning, and home care, tailored to the client's needs. Maintain accurate treatment records. Ensure treatment space is always clean, welcoming and professional. Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in Physiotherapy to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Ideal Candidate:

Current Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with CHCPBC. Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Physiotherapist. Clinical Pilates certification or in current process of Clinical Pilates certification, or movement - based therapy experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities. Team player with a commitment to collaboration and professional growth. Self-motivated individual who thrives in an autonomous environment. Not required but an asset; certifications in Strength and Conditioning and/or Dry Needling.
