Responsibilities:
Lead with Purpose
Coach and inspire a high-performing team across clinical and administrative functions.

Analyze staffing needs and address workforce gaps proactively.
Run a Smooth Operation
Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, infrastructure, and policy adherence.
Identify and implement operational improvements.
Drive Growth and Results
Achieve revenue and performance targets through effective financial management.
Analyze KPIs to guide strategic decisions and service expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop new care programs and offerings.
Enhance Patient Acquisition and Experience
Partner with marketing to drive patient growth through digital, referral, and community channels.
Foster interdisciplinary programs of care that promote long-term patient success and retention.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.

Experience implementing clinic policies and procedures.
Assets:
Familiarity with EMRs or healthcare administration software.
Leadership, project management, or change management certification.
Background as a healthcare provider or frontline clinic administration.
