Job Description

Lilium Diagnostics has open positions for Clinical Nurses and Nurse Practitioners with extensive experience in phlebotomy, patient evaluations, follow-up and lab tests for its upscale collection center (clinic) in downtown Montreal.

Requirements and Experience:

- Clinical Nurse (B.S. degree; Infirmier Clinicien) or Nurse Practitioner (M.S. degree; Infirmier Praticien) and member of OIIQ;

- Extensive experience in performing patient evaluations and working under Ordonnance collectives;

- Extensive experience in phlebotomy (including with straight needle-to-vial systems) in all age groups from young children to 80+ year olds;

- Very detail-oriented and experience in selecting lab tests;

- Fluent language skills in French, and fluent or excellent in English;

- Ability to work independently with multi-tasking skills;

- Excellent customer service skills who enjoys caring for customers / patients.

This is a full-time position: 4 workdays during Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday 6:45 - 14:15

Responsibilities

Phlebotomy and selecting lab tests; Perform patient assessments under Ordonnance collectives (under a Lilium doctor); Collaborate with other healthcare professionals; Answer patient questions and patient / client care; Uphold high standards of patient confidentiality in all interactions; Continuously update knowledge and skills in the field of nursing to provide optimal care.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
