We're looking for a

Clinical Nurse Lead

who is not only clinically confident, but also organized, proactive, and deeply invested in patient-centered care.

Responsibilities



Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized longevity care plans. Manage a portfolio of private tests and IV/IM/intradermal therapies in collaboration with the Clinical Director and physicians. Administer IV therapies, injections (IM, SC, ID), and perform phlebotomy for private and MSP-covered labs. Educate patients on advanced testing, sample collection (blood, urine, stool, hair), and therapy protocols. Maintain stock and manage medical supplies for all practitioners (including injectables, testing kits, and PPE). Ensure regulatory compliance across infection control, emergency preparedness, and supply protocols. Actively contribute to shaping nursing standards and care delivery at Connect Health.

Who You Are



A Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of BC (CRNBC). Experienced in IV/IM therapy and phlebotomy. Organized, self-directed, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic. A confident communicator -- both written and verbal. Tech-literate (basic computer/email proficiency, comfort with EMR systems). Passionate about preventative, functional, and integrative health.

Are outgoing, personable, and patient-focused. Have experience working with family medicine and/or functional medicine practices. Understand gut health, nutrition, mind-body medicine, and root-cause approaches to care. Are comfortable mentoring others and sharing best practices. Stay current with health research and apply evidence-based practices confidently.
