Deliver virtual or telephonic educational support to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and their staff within the field of women's health--specifically contraception--across primary care and specialist settings. Ensure all interactions meet the standards set by the company and client.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule educational sessions with HCPs (e.g., RNs, NPs, and other relevant professionals) involved in contraception care.
Deliver high-quality, non-promotional educational sessions remotely, using approved materials and platforms such as live video conferencing and client-specific websites.
Provide inbound and outbound educational support in contraception, as directed by the client.
Maintain superior customer service and adhere to program guidelines, scripts, and talking points.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales representative team and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to ensure alignment and optimize educational impact.
Use only approved materials provided by Inizio or the client, without modification, duplication, or redistribution.
Complete all required training and competency assessments within specified timeframes to meet Inizio and client standards.
Fulfill administrative tasks including daily system updates, weekly activity summaries, email correspondence, and time reporting.
Participate in local and national meetings or conferences to stay informed on program developments and share insights with the Patient Solutions team.
Maintain company equipment and materials in accordance with guidelines provided.
Adhere to all Inizio and client policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Holder Specification:
Current valid Nursing license according to the living province is a MUST.
Minimum of 8-10 years' experience working in a specific disease state or related field or as a virtual nurse educator.
Experience in Women's Health, contraception nice to have
Demonstrate effective and professional communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manner and articulate phone voice.
Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology as well as virtual conferencing technology is required.
Demonstrable organizational skills.
A self-starter with high personal motivation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
