Clinical Nurse Assistant Of The Head Nurse

Job Description
Nurse clinician who, in addition to her duties of assistant head nurse, is responsible for the development, implementation, assessment and revision of clinical tools and tools for the evaluation of the quality of care.
She participates actively to the multidisciplinary team.
She acts as a resource person for the unit team, coordinates teamwork and assists the head nurse in her administrative responsibilities.
Requirements
- Essential - Bachelor degree in Nursing
- Essential - Member of the O.I.I.Q.
- Essential - Bilingualism spoken and written: English and Frenc
- Important - Three (3) years of experience in acute care
- Asset - Pediatric and/or management experience
