Responsibilities -

Greet patients on their first visit, identify their needs, answer questions and explain available options. Assist the physician and nurse during procedures, review patient needs, prepare instruments and provide support to patients before, during and after treatment. Maintain accurate clinical notes in the client's file. Prepare and clean treatment rooms, maintains laundry, inventory products and ensure that all required equipment is available. Review daily diary, manage appointments and delays, keeping patients informed. Return calls daily, answer patients' questions and follow up on assessments or treatments. Act as a resource for other technicians.

Qualifications -

Knowledge and interest in aesthetics, cosmetics, and aesthetic medicine; Good interpersonal and sales skills; Willingness to learn continuously; Sales sense while maintaining a human approach; Empathy and emotional connection; Attention to detail and organizational skills; Computer skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; A versatile, dynamic person capable of adapting to various personalities;
