Role Overview



The Clinic Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and smooth daily operations within the clinic. This role oversees staff performance, manages administrative and operational functions, and fosters a welcoming and efficient patient experience. The Manager acts as a key liaison between physicians, staff, and external healthcare professionals, while supporting the organization's mission and values through strong leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to clinic staff. Recruit, train, and onboard new employees; manage performance and disciplinary actions as necessary. Develop staff schedules and coordinate with physicians' schedules. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts. Ensure staff compliance with clinic policies, privacy, and CPSA standards. Maintain and manage Netcare access for staff (apply/remove as needed). Manage all aspects of clinic billing, including (AHS/WCB submissions, pre-rejects, and reconciliation, Resolving rejected billings, IFHC billing). Prepare and send invoices for third-party billing (e.g., lawyers, insurance companies). Maintain accurate records for debit, credit, and cash payments Oversee clinic supplies and inventory; order as n Manage clinic email accounts (monitor, reply, and send correspondence through multiple accounts). Perform receptionist duties when required to ensure smooth operations Maintain and update clinic documentation. Ensure compliance with infection control and CPSA guidelines. Train staff on privacy, infection control, and safety policies; maintain training records. Support implementation of new EMR updates and workflows. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic and waiting area.

Schedule:



Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM

Qualifications:



Previous experience in healthcare management or clinic operations preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of AHS/WCB billing, Accuro EMR systems, and healthcare regulations an asset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Very strong interpersonal and customer service skills.. Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
