The successful candidate will oversee a network of affiliated clinicians, who provide to post-traumatic interventions across Ontario and Manitoba: assist with clinical quality and best practices approach by Critical Incident Services. The clinical teams conduct onsite or virtual interventions following a critical incident such as a workplace accident or involving a massive layoff or workplace restructuring.

What you will do:

Supervise this team by providing clinical consultation, and support as necessary;

Guide certain clinical interventions;

Plan monthly meetings within the affiliate network;

Orchestrate the integration of new affiliates into the team by planning, among other things, their training;

Support organizational clients and manage complaints;

Support team coordinators;

Maintain the relational aspect within the affiliate network and within the customer network;

What we are looking for:

Master's / Doctorate in counseling (work/social service, psychology, psychoeducation, sexology, etc.);

Member in good standing with the regional professional order corresponding to your university degree;

Bilingualism (English/French) orally and in writing is mandatory;

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and clinical supervision;

Training in stress management in critical incident principles (CISM) and/or certification in EMDR;

Crisis management skills and ability to provide solutions to clients;

Excellent skills with oral communication and ease in making presentations in front of a group;

Understanding of organizational structures and human resources;

Demonstrate sensitivity, professionalism and productivity towards his team and clients;

Maintain good relations with customers and meet their needs;

Must be available to be on night call (1 week out of 4, if there are emergencies to deal with).

Ability to be creative and flexible in unforeseen and unusual situations.
