Prairie Vision is seeking a Clinic Lead to oversee daily operations and support a high-performing optometry team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, drives improvement, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staff scheduling  
Lead daily huddles and weekly meetings to align the team  
Support onboarding by ensuring training goals are set and progress is monitored  
Maintain smooth patient flow and exceptional service standards  
Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly  
Track and report key performance indicators (e.g., capture rate, appointment efficiency)  
Identify workflow improvements and implement new processes
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership or supervisory experience (healthcare or retail preferred)  
Strong organizational and communication skills  
Positive, professional, and accountable leadership style  
Results-driven and solutions-focused  
Comfortable working with technology and evolving systems
