Menopause Clinic Lead
interested in building the foundation of an innovative menopause program. The program will encompass perimenopause and beyond that will help bridge the critical healthcare gap facing millions of Canadian women. As the
Physician:
Menopause Clinical Lead
you will have the opportunity to improve access to individualized, evidence based women's healthcare by helping create wrap around care spanning medical, allied health support, supportive communities and more.

Hours:
4-6 hours per week to start, up to 20 hours per week
Compensation:
$200/hour
Here's How
Oversee a team of clinicians that will provide exceptional, individualized care to women seeking menopause care
Be instrumental in the development and evolution of the program
Create and oversee clinical protocols; ensuring we deliver safe, effective, evidence-based care
Be an expert in menopause management with a focus on lifestyle changes and medical therapies
Be the spokesperson and champion of our menopause care team in marketing and other outreach events
Help design and curate educational content for our patients

You're the missing piece of the puzzle
Certified with the Menopause Society/NAMS or willing to get certified within the year
You need to be a registered Family Physician eligible to work in British Columbia or Ontario
Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) or College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
Active membership coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
Comfortable with mobile technology (video calling), or the ability and desire to learn
Be able to commit minimum of 4-6 hours per week to start, up to 20 hours/wk maximum
Curious, collaborative, and always learning, loves to stay up to date with the current medical literature on women's health
A warm, approachable communicator who empowers patients to advocate for themselves
