The Clinical Lead at DOC+ is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the clinical operations. This includes ensuring the highest standards of patient care, maintaining clinical excellence and organization, and leading a team of dental professionals. The Clinical Lead will work closely with Office Manager and Doctors to streamline clinic processes, protocols and enhance patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight:
Lead the clinical team, including dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other clinical staff.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, standards, and regulations.
Add to clinical protocols where seen fit
Monitor patient care quality and implement improvements as needed.
Team Leadership and Development:
Mentor and support the professional development of clinical staff.
Collaborate with management, so we can have regular team meetings to discuss patient care, clinical updates, and operational issues
Operational Management:
Develop and implement systems and protocols to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Collaborate with Doctors and Office Manager to optimize clinic workflows.
Oversee ordering, invoice keeping, and organization of clinical supplies.
Check and organize package slips and maintain accurate records.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Monitor and evaluate clinical performance through regular audits and feedback.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and other relevant standards.
Review and ensure completion of CBCT audits, daily chart audits, and schedule patients.
Ensure a seamless workflow for paperwork and documentation
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory management, ensuring proper organization and avoiding waste.
Ensure proper setup, tear down, and completion of tasks related to clinical procedures.
Direct next-day setup to ensure readiness for upcoming appointments.
Work Flow and Systems:
Establish and maintain systems to ensure proper workflow and clinical accountability.
Conduct morning huddles to set daily goals and review priorities.
Work collaboratively with Doctors & Office Manager to create and refine systems and protocols.
Dental Assistant Utilization:
Assign tasks and utilize dental assistants effectively to optimize clinical operations.
Ensure dental assistants are directed and properly equipped to handle their responsibilities efficiently.
Certification and Qualification
Keep, organize, and maintain up-to-date records of all doctors', dental assistants', and clinical staff's certifications and qualifications.
Ensure timely renewals and compliance with yearly, monthly, and other periodic requirements.

Registered Nurse/Dental Assistant Level II/Past Dental Leadership experience

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
