Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. This role involves working collaboratively with our team (3 Dentist and 5 hygienists) to deliver comprehensive dental services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our patients.

You will be taking over a full patient schedule from a existing doctor who is moving away

We are a perio oriented office with a robust program and ongoing training

Duties

Perform a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. Develop treatment plans based on patient assessments and collaborate with the dental team to implement them effectively. Utilize dental software such as Maxident for patient management and record keeping. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed. Educate patients on oral health care, preventive measures, and treatment options. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques as appropriate. Ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety protocols within the dental office.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Active dental license in the state of practice. Proficiency in using dental software application, we use Maxident Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. willingness to learn and support or perio program Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of dentistry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25,000.00-$40,000.00 per month
