Registered Clinical Counsellor/ Registered Social Worker- N?mina Operations Inc.



The N?mina Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)/Registered Social Worker (RSW) (referred to as the Clinical Counsellor (CC) herein) will provide a range of counselling services and supports to clients as part of the N?mina care network. The CC will be responsible for direct client practice, including treatment of client's mental and emotional issues. The CC will provide care in accordance with approved treatment plans, and monitor the patient for progress. The CC will be a positive ambassador for N?mina Wellness, working to support the development of their direct client practice though active marketing, and demonstrate knowledge of the other service programs. The CC will work with individuals and groups and will help provide community resources for patients. The CC will participate in psychoeducation program improvements, delivery and will deliver group facilitation.

Direct Client Practice at Nomina Integrated Health

provide direct client practice/one-on-one psychotherapy as part of the individualized treatment plan. participate in other counselling related functions such as intake inquiries, consult calls, community meetings, or case collaborations as required. evaluate clients needs and develop a treatment plan that includes counselling interventions within a counsellors training and scope. Where appropriate advising clients on community supports or other agencies to promote the client's best treatment outcomes. monitor client progress and adjust their treatment plan as needed. provide reception support to include answering and responding to e-mails or calls as required. coordinate with other healthcare providers, agencies and community resources in order to facilitate the client's best outcomes. create and maintain clinical notes on therapy sessions in a timely manner (within 48 hours of treatment). facilitate/provide group therapy services in small/medium group settings. develop/deliver psychoeducational or other support groups. provide coverage to N?mina's Mental Health Walk in Clinic (WIC) as scheduled. maintain a high ethical standard with respect to client interaction, confidentiality and team cohesion. attend clinical supervision with Clinical Director, Team Leads and/or collaborative care team. maintain required certification, liability insurance (min 2 million) and licensure for the counselling position. maintain minimum continuing education as required by regulating body. be familiar with all of N?mina's services and programs in order to be a positive ambassador and participatory with marketing/networking support to the services provided. participate in team dynamic and development of the collaborative team environment. This includes, but is not limited to practicum students, and other staff.

Clinical Support to N?mina Operations



provide direct client practice/one-on-one psychotherapy to clients as part of their individualized treatment plan. develop/provide group therapy services in small/medium group settings. create and maintain clinical notes on therapy sessions in a timely manner keeping in line with N?mina best practices. lead and facilitate psychoeducational classes and support with clients as part of the N?mina program. participate in the development/alterations or modifications of programming related to N?mina when required, ensuring proactive adherence to best practices in alignment with industry standards. co-ordinate and collaborate with other community partners in order to facilitate patient outcomes. collaborate with other referral networks and third party payers as required to support the fiduciaries responsibility of care. referring patients to resources like psychiatrists, treatment facilities, or community services when necessary. develop/maintain clinical competencies, and knowledge on community of practice standards specific to the program. provide in-person/online after care as required. Any online services offered must be completed on an approved site to ensure the requisite security measures. create and maintain clinical notes on therapy sessions in a timely manner (48 hours) keeping in line with N?mina best practices. be familiar with all of N?mina's services and programs in order to be a positive ambassador and participatory with marketing/networking support to the services provided. participate in team dynamic and development of the collaborative team environment. This includes, but is not limited to practicum students, and other staff. ensuring confidential communication pertaining to all client, employment and N?mina business related matters.

Requirements:



Must have a Master's in a counselling related discipline. Must belong, or be in process of registering to a regulatory body. Ideally 3-5 years of clinical experience.
