Qualifications
? Diploma in Social Support Worker program or equivalent
? Certification with CACCF or ability and willingness to obtain
? Experience in addiction counseling or mental health services
? Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing
? Strong understanding of substance use disorders, recovery models, and relapse prevention strategies
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
? Experience working with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams
? Proficiency in documentation and case management system
? Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for client outreach and community-based services
