Position Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated

Psychotherapist/Clinical Counsellor

to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, personalized therapy to clients facing a variety of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in therapeutic practices, a deep commitment to client care, and ideally, an existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual sessions to support clients' emotional well-being. Help clients set meaningful goals and create actionable strategies for personal growth. Offer psychoeducation on topics such as body image, self-esteem, and stress management. Collaborate with our medical and wellness teams to develop holistic care plans. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with ethical and professional standards. Stay current with trends and best practices in mental health and wellness.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field. Registered and in good standing with the

RCC (Registered Clinical Counsellor)

in

British Columbia

. Experience in a healthcare or wellness-based setting is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate, client-centered therapeutic approach.
