Job Title: Clinic Supervisor

: We seek dedicated and passionate Clinic Supervisors to oversee our Student Clinics. The Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic, maintaining high standards of client care, and providing guidance and support to students.

Location: 2325 Preston Avenue Saskatoon, Saskatoon S7J 2G2

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor students during clinic hours, providing guidance on massage techniques, client interactions, and professional conduct. Manage clinic schedules, appointments, and client intake processes. Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Check-in on students during treatments at least once per treatment, and provide feedback based on student's current scope of practice. Year 1: Draping, Body Mechanics, Safe Treatment, Palpation, Intake/Consent. Year 2: Assessment tools, Therapeutic Technique Execution, Safe Treatment, Homecare/Remedial Exercise. Collaborate with faculty members to inform of areas of concern and improvement. Handle administrative tasks such as basic scheduling, checking over and signing off on SOAP notes post treatment, reviewing intake and consent with students and clients, and inventory management. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students, encouraging their professional development and growth. Maintain professional relationships with clients, alumni, and community partners.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to students. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with clinic management software/systems is a plus. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting professionalism in the field of massage therapy. Must be in good standing and hold a valid certificate with the CMTBC.

Contract:

$45/hour. 1-2 days/week.
