Clinic Store Manager Assistant / Receptionist

to join our team. This role offers growth potential into a

Store Manager position

for the right candidate.

Greet and assist clients with professionalism and care Manage front desk duties including scheduling, phone calls, and emails Support clinic operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities Assist with marketing, promotions, and sales support Maintain accurate records using computer software systemsBuild strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent) required Minimum

2 years' experience

as a clinic manager, receptionist, or in a similar role Excellent English communication skills (a second language is an asset) Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in talking to people Sales or marketing experience preferred Proficiency with computer software (scheduling, email, MS Office, etc.) Must live nearby or have reliable transportation (driving preferred) Mandarin as a second language is preferred (not required)
