- Clinic Receptionist / Administrative Assistant



Key Responsibilities



Administrative & Front Desk Duties

Manage a multi-line phone system; respond promptly to patient and professional inquiries Schedule and manage appointments using EMR software Process payments, issue invoices, and reconcile end-of-day balances Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMRs) Scan, link, and print documents/forms for patient charts Update and manage patient, physician, and insurance information in the EMR
Clinical Support & Workflow

Escort patients to treatment rooms and assist with medical history intake Monitor appointment flow and prepare orthotics documentation Receive product shipments and coordinate patient pick-up appointments Follow sterilization protocols; clean instruments and assemble surgical packs
Inventory & Office Management

Track and maintain inventory of medical and office supplies Notify lead Chiropodist of low stock for timely reordering Ensure the clinic remains professional, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications & Skills



Must-Haves

2+ years' receptionist/administrative experience, ideally in a dental, foot care, or chiropractic clinic Excellent customer service and communication skills Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a strong asset Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Chrome, and Google Workspace (G Suite)
Preferred Assets

Experience in sales, social media, or basic marketing Familiarity with payroll and HR basics Knowledge of podiatry or medical terminology

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.30-$19.00 per hour
