We are currently seeking a
Clinic Receptionist
to join our growing team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key part in creating a warm, professional, and organized clinic experience. The Clinic Receptionist supports both clients and staff by managing front-desk operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic flow.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
Minimum: High School Diploma.
Preferred: Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, or Public Health.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in healthcare administration, clinic reception, or related roles.
Experience in mental health or community health settings strongly preferred.
Familiarity with psychedelic-assisted therapy or related healthcare practices is an asset.
Certifications & Training
Knowledge of healthcare compliance, privacy regulations, and clinic operations.
Training in mental health or psychedelic-assisted therapy is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Patient Support
Greet and assist patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional front-line experience.
Support patient intake, scheduling, chart creation, and data entry into the EMR (Jane).
Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Clinic & Staff Coordination
Coordinate staff schedules, appointments, and task delegation.
Provide logistical and operational support to therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Manage inventory, supply orders, and vendor coordination.
Technology & Administration
Operate and provide basic support for electronic medical records and clinic systems (Jane EMR).
Support billing processes, point-of-sale transactions, invoice processing, and financial documentation.
Maintain clinic cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Operational Support
Ensure clinic workflow aligns with daily goals and the organization's mission.
Assist with emergency preparedness protocols and staff training.
Contribute to quality improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
Key Skills & Attributes

Proficient in EMR systems and office software.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support facility operations.
