With over 10 treatment rooms and a growing network of healthcare professionals, we proudly serve the communities of Parksville, Nanaimo, Qualicum Beach, Errington, and Nanoose Bay.Our multidisciplinary clinic offers services such as physiotherapy, chiropractic care, clinical counselling, laser treatments, cosmetic injections, pelvic floor therapy, holistic nutrition, RMT, and more--all under one roof.
Position Overview:

We are seeking a bubbly, personable receptionst for
part time.
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism Manage appointment bookings and client records Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Support wellness practitioners with daily admin needs Keep the reception area tidy and inviting Process payments and maintain confidentiality Assist in maintaining a calm and positive atmosphere
Bonus points if you have experience with Jane Booking system. We will train the right candidate.
