We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Duties
Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette is maintained
Manage the reception area, treatment rooms keeping them organized and presentable
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our systems
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks
Support financial operations using QuickBooks as needed
Digital Marketing
Skills
Fluency English, Cantonese Languages preferred
Proven office experience with a focus on administrative support
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Typing skills with a high level of accuracy for data entry tasks
Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential
Strong clerical experience that demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with clients and colleagues
