Avesta Physio is a multidisciplinary clinic, offering physio, massage, and acupuncture treatments. We are looking for a receptionist who is comfortable and friendly in communication with patients and therapists.
Skills:
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, with time-management and problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Prior experience in medical clinic setting is preferred but not required
- Experience in working with Antibex Universal software is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients warmly and professionally at the front desk
- Schedule and manage appointments for multiple therapists
- Operate POS transactions and handle payment processes
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and online messages efficiently
- Educate clients on our services and treatment options
- Use clinic software to manage records and schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with basic clinic upkeep
- Support inventory and supply management
- Perform manager-assigned tasks as needed
This position is for five days per week, Monday to Friday, with 8-10 hours per day. All required trainings will be provided. Please apply with your resume.
