We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a medical or dental office is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up-to-date. Maintain organized records and files, including patient information and appointment schedules. Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence. Handle billing inquiries and process payments using Jane App. Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications with clients to ensure satisfaction. Support the office team with various tasks as required to maintain smooth operations.

Experience



Previous experience in a customer service role is essential; experience in a medical or dental office is highly desirable. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with administrative tasks is required. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with clients and staff. Familiarity with Jane App is required. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
