We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
Booking appointments and processing insurance billing and payments accurately.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure efficient office operations.
Utilize Jane App EMR software efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing customer support.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve client experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a clinic setting.
Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette.
Proficiency in Jane App EMR software.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
