Job Type: Full-Time (4-5 days a week, may include weekends)

Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities as a Clinic Receptionist & Admin Assistant include, but are not limited to:
Booking appointments for patients and managing staff schedules
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Greeting patients in a professional manner
Billings and collecting payments
Data entry and filing
Basic management of marketing and administration
Overseeing the inventory and ordering office/clinic supplies
Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
1+ years of clinic or school reception/admin experience
Excellent communication skills in English
Fluency in Chinese or Korean language preferred
Strong computer skills (MS Office)
