Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Operations Manager to join our team at Genuine Athletics & Rehabilitation in South Surrey/ White Rock. This pivotal role will oversee the daily front and back end operations of our clinic, ensuring the seamless connection of patients, practitioners and our practice. Allowing our team to continue delivering exceptional service while fostering an environment of health and wellness. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission to enhance the well-being of our community.
Responsibilities
Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries.
Managing staff and patient schedules in the Jane calendar.
Submitting extended health insurance claims for direct billing.
Submitting claims on behalf of ICBC patients, monitoring active and pending claims, communicating with adjusters and submitting treatment plans for practitioners.
Weekly inventory and supply orders.
Assisting with washing and folding laundry.
Implement operational policies and procedures that align with company goals.
Monitor clinic performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
Auditing all payments and transactions, settling all unpaid balances and communicating any outstanding charges to CFO & CEO.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration among staff.
Liaise with clients to address concerns and enhance their experience at the clinic.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote gym and clinic services effectively.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in clinic management or operations (mandatory).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to think in a solution oriented manner (mandatory).
Exemplary time management and organizational capabilities (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory).
Passionate about health, wellness and fitness (preferred).
Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements (preferred).
Experience in customer service or client relations (preferred).
