Overview


We are looking for a

professional, detail-oriented, and responsible

administrative assistant to join our physical therapy clinic team.

Key Responsibilities:



Organize and maintain clinic documents and records; Enter, update, and manage patient information with accuracy and confidentiality; Assist with billing, insurance claim paperwork, and other administrative files; Support day-to-day internal administrative operations; Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:



Fluent English (required)

-- strong written and reading comprehension skills;

Cantonese and Mandarin language skills preferred

;

Clinic office experience preferred

; Proficient in

Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

; Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable; Strong sense of confidentiality and accountability.
