The Job.
We are currently seeking an Interim Clinic Manager who will transition into a co-management role when the manager returns from maternity leave in April. If you have experience in medical or business management--or a proven track record of leading teams, driving performance, and achieving operational goals--this role may be the perfect fit. Duties will include, but are not limited to
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, guidance, ongoing training, and support to team members (Nurses, Laser Technicians, Medical Aestheticians, etc.).
Liaise with and provide support to Physicians
Hire, onboard, evaluate, and develop staff, including conducting performance reviews and managing personnel conflicts.
Manage team schedules, assignments, and daily workflow to ensure safe, high-quality client care.
Implement SKIN Clinics Policies and Procedures and uphold all client and staff safety standards.
Collaborate directly with the Owners to develop and implement growth initiatives to increase revenue and manage expenses
Oversee inventory management to ensure all medical and retail supplies are adequately stocked.
Monitor budgets, financial processes, billing submissions, and other administrative requirements.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation meets SKIN Clinics standards.
Organize and coordinate staff education, training opportunities, and internal events.
Address patient issues professionally and support positive client experiences.
Provide and model exceptional customer service and support front desk operations.
Coordinate with other SKIN Clinics locations on training, development, and operational alignment.
Lead team meetings and communicate priorities, goals, and expectations clearly.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior or managerial role, healthcare, cosmetic or medical setting strongly preferred
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience as a provider considered a strong asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
Experience in Square, Accuro, Touch MD, and knowledge of SkinCeuticals and SkinBetter Science is an added advantage
