Clinic Manager
to lead front-of-house operations, support our team, and help maintain the systems that keep the clinic running seamlessly.
This role is ideal for someone who combines operational strength with a warm, professional presence and understands that details, tone, and consistency matter.
What You'll Do
Deliver white-glove client service by managing phone calls, emails, and online chat inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
Lead and support two part-time front desk receptionists, including scheduling, coverage, and monthly one-on-one meetings.
Create, document, and maintain SOPs that support consistent front desk workflows, client communication, training, and clinic operations.
Manage JaneApp administration, including maintaining accurate client records and updating pricing, services, and treatment information as directed by clinical leadership.
Ensure front desk operations reflect EuphoraMD's elevated, calm, and boutique clinic environment.
Manage the EuphoraMD Instagram account, posting and reposting approved content from staff and leadership.
Coordinate and book all staff training and track completion.
Order and organize office and front-of-house supplies.
Support internal team communication and coordination as guided by the Clinic Director.
Set the tone for the clinic through your professionalism, attitude, and leadership presence.
