We are currently seeking a

Regional Clinic Manager

to join our team in the Western region.


In this role, you will provide operational leadership across multiple clinics, ensuring exceptional patient care, high-performing teams, and strong business results. This role combines people leadership, patient service excellence, and operational oversight. You'll coach and support a team of 15-20 clinicians and patient care coordinators, drive patient acquisition and retention, and ensure clinics operate efficiently and profitably--all while fostering a positive and professional culture.

What you'll be doing:



Team Leadership & Engagement + Lead, mentor, and coach your clinic teams to deliver exceptional patient care and results.
+ Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and collaboration.
+ Recruit, onboard, and develop team members while conducting regular performance reviews.
+ Manage clinic scheduling, staffing needs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Patient Care & Service Excellence + Champion a patient-first approach in every clinic, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
+ Lead change initiatives to improve patient experience and outcomes.
+ Occasionally support clinical duties in urgent situations.
+ Escalate and resolve patient or physician concerns with professionalism and clinical best practices.
Operational Leadership & Financial Oversight + Drive clinics to meet daily, monthly, and annual performance targets.
+ Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators, taking action to close gaps.
+ Oversee inventory, supplies, billing, and insurance processes for accuracy and efficiency.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Collaboration & Growth + Partner with business development to grow patient referrals and strengthen regional presence.
+ Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support clinic success.
+ Provide insights into market trends and operational opportunities.

What you bring:



Degree in Healthcare, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (clinical background or certification such as RT/RPSGT an asset) Proven leadership experience, ideally managing healthcare teams or multiple locations. Knowledge of sleep disorders, CPAP therapy, and healthcare regulations is considered an asset. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance targets. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to lead teams and drive results.
